Terms and condition

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the hotel.

Please note that by the confirmation of your booking you are agreeing to abide by our guest house policies and procedures as described below.

1. RATES

All room rates and fees are fixed in United States Dollars (USD) and Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include Tax
Rates may be subject to change at any time without notice.

2. CONFIRMATION POLICY & PAYMENT

Reservations will be confirmed  by e-mail or other official communication channel used while requesting reservation of your stay.
Payment will be paid in agreed term and condition during reservation process. 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, early departure, and no-show fees may apply. Charges start from 50% and are subject to availability and timing, in order to maintain flexibility for both parties.

• A revision made to a booking in the length of stay or dates of reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change and may also constitute a cancellation.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Saish Stay reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance prior to confirmation and acceptance of terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.

5. CHECK IN/OUT

Check-in time is any time between 2 pm to 10 pm. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. If you arrive later than 10 pm you should kindly inform us at least 5 hours before your arrival. Saish Stay retain the right to consider your booking a no-show and cancel your booking if it turns 10 pm without previous notice. 

Check-out is at 11 AM. Please inform the management if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. A charge of 5 $/hour/person will be applied for late checkout which are not agree by the management.

6. BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served between 6:00 am and 10:00 am.

7. DINNER

Dinner is served from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm is ordered 2 hour before.

8. ROOM CLEANING

The room is cleaned every day. If you wish cleaning service, please refer to the management.

9. LINEN

Change of towels are included in the rate for guest staying more than two nights every two days.
Extra towels will be provided with a charge of 2 usd/piece.
Change of bed’s linens are included in the rate for guest stay more than 7 nights every seven days. Extra linen is provide by free of charge

10. LUGGAGE STORAGE

The guest can store luggage in the luggage room for a period up to two days without any charge

11. SHOWER AFTER THE CHECK OUT

If the guest need to have a shower after check out, we can help on that if there is availability of a free room to use. We will provide a towel and soap. The cost will be 3 usd/person

12. LAUNDRY

The service of laundry is operating from 8:00 am till 3:00 pm and it is not included in the rate

13. GUEST’S BELONGINGS

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings.

14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the house property caused by themselves, their children or any person for whom they are responsible.

15. UNREGISTERED VISITORS

To preserve the privacy and safety of our guests and our guest house visitors who are not registered at the guest house are not allowed to enter the propriety if not authorized by the management of the hotel. Please to avoid unpleasant situation ask permission to the manager to invite a visitor. The management of Saish Stay reserves all rights to investigate the presence of unauthorized visitors in the propriety including the possibility to request unauthorized people to leave the property.

16. ANIMALS

Guest are not allowed to bring animals on the proprieties without authorization of the management. 

17. CHILD

Children under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardian. Alcohol won’t be served to children under 18.
Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. In order to respect the tranquility of all guest, if too much noise or misbehavior of the kids, the stuff take the right to approach the adult in charge in order to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

18. SMOKING

Smoking inside the rooms and inside common spaces is forbidden. Smoking within the compound but outside the facilities is allowed.
